Comfortable room with a big private balcony. Friendly staff who booked a cab for us to the airport. Walkable distance to the art museum. Good value for money with a great breakfast. Promptly addressed issue with air conditioning.

I had a great stay in this city thanks to the hotel's perfect location near the city center and multiple Metro stations. Additionally, the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and the hotel was spotlessly clean with wonderful facilities.

Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, including El Prado, the market, the cathedral, and the palace. The rooms were spacious and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. The reception staff provided excellent assistance, with the same helpful person from check-in to departure. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a separate bathroom. I also appreciated the convenient plugs for charging my devices. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
